Terms

What you are agreeing to by joining, taking product, and earning commission. There is nothing to pay, so this is shorter than most of these.

1. Who you are dealing with

YOUR COMPANY NAME LTD, company no. 00000000, registered at YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS. Contact YOUR@EMAIL. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means you, the creator.

These terms apply alongside the rules posted in the Discord server. Where the two disagree, these terms win.

2. What Drop Room is

A free Discord community for creators who post commission-based product on TikTok and Instagram. We send you product for free, you post about it, and you earn a published percentage of what sells through your code or link.

It is free to join and there is no paid tier. We will never ask you for money, and nobody in the server is authorised to sell you anything on our behalf. If someone does, report it to a moderator.

3. Joining and staying

• You need a Discord account and you must follow Discord's own terms.
• You must be 18 or over to receive product or be paid commission. Below that you are welcome in the community, but not on the product side, unless a parent or guardian is running the account and dealing with us.
• Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We can decline an application without giving a reason.
• You must follow the server rules. Selling your own course, agency or "opportunity" in members' DMs is an instant removal, and so is screenshotting other members' payouts, wins or private channels into other servers.

4. The product we send

• It is sent free of charge and it is yours to keep. You do not have to send it back, unless we tell you before it ships that a particular item is a loan.
• It is not conditional on you saying anything positive. You are free to say what you actually think of it, and we will not withdraw product or commission because you were unenthusiastic.
• Stock is finite. Requesting something is not a guarantee of getting it, and we will sometimes say no or send an alternative.
• Check the ingredients and any allergy or suitability information before you use anything, particularly for VH Life.

5. You must disclose

Free product in exchange for a post is advertising. Under UK consumer protection law and the CAP Code you have to make that obvious to your audience, and it is your legal responsibility, not ours.

• Label it clearly and up front. #ad or #gifted, not buried in the twentieth hashtag.
• Turn on the platform's own paid-partnership or branded-content toggle where there is one.
• If you are using an affiliate link or code, say so.

Failing to disclose puts your account and our brands at risk, and it is grounds for removal.

6. Commission

Rates are set per brand and published in the Discord. 20% and 30% are live today. Higher rates apply to brands as they join, and are marked as joining until they are.

• Commission is calculated on the value of qualifying sales attributed to your code or link, excluding delivery, taxes, and the value of any discount applied.
• Attribution is by your code or your tracking link. If a sale cannot be attributed to you, it does not pay.
• We pay monthly, on the 5th, for the month before, by PayPal or bank transfer. You need to have given us valid payment details.
• A sale stops qualifying if it is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or the item is returned. If that happens after we have paid you, we offset it against your next payment.
• You are responsible for your own tax. See section 12.

7. What voids commission

Buying through your own link, placing or funding fake orders, bought views, and engagement pods. All of it voids the commission on the affected orders and gets you removed from the community. This is not a judgement call about effort; it is about orders that were never real customers.

8. What you can say

Two hard limits, and they exist because breaking them creates real legal exposure for the brand and gets your video pulled:

• Do not invent results. Not your earnings, not other people's, not sales figures, not member counts. Do not imply an income that you have not made.
• Do not make unauthorised health claims about VH Life. It is a food supplement, not a medicine. Only the authorised claims listed in the server may be used, and only for the nutrients that qualify. Framing a health claim as your own personal experience is still a health claim and is still not allowed.

Beyond that, do not misrepresent the product, the price, the delivery time or the offer.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you make. By posting it publicly about one of our brands, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare it on that brand's own channels and inside the community, with credit to you.

If you want something taken down, tell us and we will take it down. That does not extend to copies other people have already made.

10. Prizes

Prize competitions run monthly, and the criteria for each one are published in the server before it runs. Our decision on winners is final. We can change or withdraw a competition if we have to, and if we do we will say so in the server.

11. The calculator on our website

The earnings calculator multiplies a published commission rate by a number you choose. The note underneath it names the exact product and price it used. It is arithmetic, not a forecast, and not a promise of earnings. What you actually earn depends entirely on what you sell.

12. This is not employment

You are not our employee, worker, partner or agent, and nothing here creates any of those. You decide whether to post, what to post and when. You cannot enter into commitments on our behalf.

You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance on anything you earn, and for declaring it to HMRC. If you are not sure what that means for you, ask an accountant rather than asking us.

13. VH Life is a food supplement

• It is a food supplement, not a medicine. It does not treat, prevent or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• It contains vitamin A. UK advice is to avoid vitamin A supplements in pregnancy, and if you are pregnant, might be, or are breastfeeding, speak to your doctor or midwife before taking it and do not promote it as suitable in pregnancy.
• If you are on medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

14. Ending it

You can leave whenever you like, and you do not have to tell us why. We can remove you from the community at any time, and immediately and without notice for a serious breach of these terms or the server rules.

If you leave or are removed, commission you properly earned beforehand is still paid on the normal schedule, unless it was voided under section 7.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, loss of followers or reach, or any indirect or consequential loss. We do not control TikTok, Instagram or Discord, and we are not liable for what their platforms do to your account or your content.

Drop Room is provided as it is. We do not promise the server, the bot or the website will be available uninterrupted, and we do not promise that any particular product will be in stock.

16. Changes and law

If we change these terms, the date below changes and we post the change in the server. If you carry on taking product after a change, that is acceptance of the new version.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
